    • Sorry you’re having trouble with the new interface! We’ve updated the Vidgo User Guide with step-by-step instructions on how to list and access your favorites.

  2. I wanted to let you know that there are some issues with the new guide on Firestick. I don’t know if the same issues happen with other devices. When I am scrolling up in the guide, often it will skip back up to the very top where you select “all, favorites, sports, etc.” Additionally, when I click select on a show that I want to watch from the guide, when it opens the menu for the show, often (but not every time) the heart is selected for favorites, instead of “watch.” This is very annoying, as I then have to make sure that I go back and select the heart to keep the channel in my favorites and then go back over and select “watch.” Thank you for working to provide a great streaming option for us.

    • Sorry you’re having trouble and thanks so much for letting us know. The IT team here at Vidgo is working on fixing these issues. Thanks for your patience!

  3. Hi there,

Thanks for your detailed comment. We’ve let the customer service team know and they will be reaching out to you shortly. Thanks for your patience!

    • Sorry you’re having trouble with the MLB Network. Some areas are subject to blackouts, which is out of our control.

  4. ,When the FIFA Finals begin, will you be covering the games, and/or provide the schedul similar to that provided for the College and NFL listings of When to Watch?
Personally like the new look. Would be nice if Favites could be gottento with one keystroke rather that a series, or better still, be the first screen if Favorites exist for a subscriber.

  5. I have set up my favorites, but when I select it, the category button changes to News and I can only see the news channels that I marked as favorites.
